7 DATA STORAGE
Personal information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in UAE where one or more of the members of Seddiqi are located or maintain facilities. We will continue to protect the personal information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We will take all steps that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws. We carry out such transfers to facilitate the provision of the Services and in pursuit of our legitimate business interests to serve you better. Personal data is not kept any longer than is required for the legitimate purposes of the processing or to comply with applicable law.
